Questions
What counts as a “minute”?
One minute of source video or audio you upload — not output length. A 45-minute podcast that yields 12 short clips still only debits 45 minutes from your plan.
What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?
We'll tell you before you run out, and you can upgrade or switch to pay-as-you-go for the overage. We never silently cut off a job that's already processing.
Is there a limit on how long a single upload can be?
Yes — each plan has a maximum single-upload length, shown in the comparison table below. It exists because rendering is a shared resource: without a per-upload ceiling, one very long file could occupy the queue and slow down everyone else's jobs. Need to process something longer? Contact us.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account's billing page — no phone call or email required. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Full detail in our Refund Policy.
Do you offer a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial — 30 minutes of the real pipeline, every month, no credit card required. We'd rather you try the actual product than a limited-time trial of it.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. We don't use your uploads or their generated Output to train any model, ours or a third party's — see our Privacy Policy for exactly how each provider we use handles your data.
